A continued surge in Emotional Energy
Be it cleansing or awakening, there has been a surge in the emotional energy on the planet and for some of you this has been almost debilitating and for others is it pure exhilaration. This is a time to gather your strength and set your course and this is so much easier if you have released the past and stopped looking back with melancholy or sadness for what might have been. It is time for forward movement and the changes that brings to your life.
Take a breath and breathe deeply as you are entering into a new life, exchange of life breathing energies can help with the upswing that is now available. Reclaim your strength, reclaim your power and reclaim your authenticity. This is a powerful time and the waves of power that it brings allows you to be seen in a new light, to use as the grounding of your strength as well as to help you to manifest. You are stronger than you think and it gets so much better from here.
